Vibroacoustic Therapy and Meditation (VAT) is backed by 40 years of research. Techniques used in VAT are cutting edge. VAT uses low frequency sound waves and gentle vibrations to promote deep relaxation and healing in the body. VAT equipment has been clinically proven to aid in relaxation and deep healing in the body to promote reduction in pain, reduce stress and promote overall well-being. The bed has built in tactile transducers, high fidelity speakers and a dual amplifier and uses quality cables to connect for a powerful vibration and sound connection. You will be amazed at the level of relaxation from the lounge and the lasting effects of your session. It is a very transformative experience.

Holistic Health Haven also utilizes the Practitioner 2 for home visits. The Practitioner 2 is designed as a pad that lays flat on a massage table. The Practitioner 2 delivers the same cutting-edge technology as the Sound Lounge 2 without the contoured designed. Both the Lounge and Practitioner 2 have built-in tactile transducers, high fidelity speakers and a dual amplifier and uses quality cables to connect for a powerful vibration and sound connection and produces very similar results to each other. The Practitioner 2 is used for home visits for those that cannot make it into the studio. There is a screening process for the in-home experience. If you are interested in in-home services, please schedule a time for an in-home screening.
